Concentra Urgent Care at 8755 Harlem Avenue, Bridgeview, Illinois.

The staff is very slow, lazy, and rude. When I showed up there were three people ahead of me. I stood in front of the receptionist while she held a personal conversation for almost 10 minutes before even acknowledging my presence. She asked my why I was there, gave me forms to fill out and told me to sit and wait. The next person came in and must have been there before since they signed in. I noticed and asked if I was supposed to. The receptionist acted as if I was a bother and threw the sign in sheet at me without saying anything. I singed in now with four ahead of me and waited nearly two hours to be called. There were twice as many staff as customers and it still took over two hours to take a simple test. I do not recommend this place at all. The staff is rude, slow, and lazy. The only exception was the nurse who did my test. She was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. She was also apologetic about my wait and rude treatment. She did not seemed surprised about it though.
